Confidentiality
As a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada Michael M. Sax, Barrister

for this reason we do not enumerate our clients as references. We will

our own benefit or that of a third person to the disadvantage of any client.
If our clients wish us to disclose information the client will in most
cases execute a direction. Exceptions are covered by Rule 4 of the Professional
Code of Conduct.

to be used to give legal opinions to questions asked. It is intended to
